Thank you for your interest in having your digital token considered for listing on Bitfinex. This form requests some preliminary information from issuers (“you”) wishing to have their digital token (the “Token”) considered for listed on the exchange at www.bitfinex.com (the “Exchange”).
The following questions set out our preliminary information requests about you and the Token. We will use your responses to determine if we think, in our sole and absolute discretion, that the Token is a good candidate for listing on the Exchange. We may also, in our sole and absolute discretion, request more, or less information from you or allow some issuers to bypass this process altogether.
If we determine that the Token is a good candidate for listing on the Exchange, we will reach out to request that you participate in our more robust listing diligence process. Completing this form is not a guarantee that the Token will be considered a candidate for listing on the Exchange. Completing the listing diligence process is not a guarantee that the Token will be listed.
Bitfinex may refuse to list, and may decide to de-list any digital token traded on the Exchange at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without prior notice. Any costs you incur to complete this form or the listing diligence process are incurred at your own risk. You will not be reimbursed for any costs by Bitfinex.
Please note: *The Token is currently on ERC20 and you are planning to do a swap within the next 12 months, please apply after you complete the swap. *We will reach out to you in due course if we think the Token is a candidate. Please do not contact us. *This is an initial application. Assuming the Token is a candidate, and you wish to speed up the listing diligence process, it is suggested that you open a verified (corporate) account on the Exchange (There is significant overlap between the diligence conducted to open a verified (corporate) account and the listing diligence process)
